• Communications: recordings of calls (when applicable and allowed by law), text message logs and consent flags.

By checking the consent box on our form you consent to be contacted (including via automated calls or texts) by Heritage Protection Shield and our licensed agents about insurance products. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time (see "Your Choices" below).

• Service providers: scheduling platforms, CRM/webhook receivers, analytics providers, and payment processors acting on our behalf.

6. Booking & Webhook — How lead data is transmitted

To provide scheduling and booking, we transmit form-submitted data to our scheduling partner and webhook endpoints. Example (operational):

• Webhook endpoint: we send lead payloads to our webhook URL to create records in our CRM and to prefill scheduling widgets. The webhook URL used for booking may be: https://services.leadconnectorhq.com/hooks/.../webhook-trigger/.... This is done to ensure the calendar pre-fills and Harvey has the lead information before the scheduled call.
• Prefill behavior: when you submit a booking form, we may append prefill data to the booking widget URL (querystring) or send a postMessage to the widget. If your browser or the vendor blocks embedding, we provide a fallback to open the booking in a new tab.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and marketing. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser. Typical uses include:

• Essential cookies: required for site security and form submission.

Calls and texts may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to messages or contacting us (see Contact section).

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and for billing/recordkeeping. Retention periods vary depending on the context and legal requirements, but we typically retain lead/contact records for a minimum of 3 years unless a longer period is required.

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as accessing, correcting, deleting, or restricting processing of your personal information.
